Merlot

A vine of French origin, originally cultivated in the Champagne and Burgundy areas, it has been widely distributed in the world’s various wine-growing areas.

Production area

The vines are situated in the heart of the Grave, on the flat gravely ground.

Harvest and vinification
Classic on-skin maceration for 8-10 days with frequent pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation completed in stainless steel tanks, with subsequent bottling and resting for further aging.
Serving suggestions

Serve in wide goblets for red wine at 16° C.
