Friulano DOC

Dry white wine of the Friuli region’s tradition, historically known as “Tocai”. The vine is among the most representative of our area.

COLOR
Straw yellow color with greenish hues.
BOUQUET
The scent is reminiscent of peach leaves and almond husk.
TASTE
The flavor is soft and velvety and has a characteristic hint of bitter almond. Very good persistence.
FOOD PAIRING
It is ideal with San Daniele ham, various cured meats, fish soup, grilled prawns, and scallops au gratin.

100% Tocai Friulano.

Production area

The vineyards are in the heart of the Grave, on flat graveled land.

Harvest and vinification
Destemming, crushing, and soft pressing of the grapes. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature of 17-18° C with selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is decanted several times and left to mature in stainless steel tanks.
Serving suggestions

Serve at 12-14° C in long-stemmed glasses of medium size.
