Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut Wine
The soft but characterful flavor makes it an ideal aperitif.
Bright straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage.
The aroma is fresh and fruity, with citrus hints which fade into floral.
In the mouth, the wine is lively and fresh, thanks to a well-pronounced acidity.
It is a classic aperitif, but also ideal throughout the meal with fish, shellfish, risotto, and light dishes.
The vineyards are in the heart of the Grave, on flat graveled land.
