Harvest and vinification
Traditional white grape vinification, soft pressing, and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at low temperatures. After a few months of aging in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bottled.
Serve in classic tulip-shaped glasses at a temperature of 10-12° C.
