The vines are situated in the heart of the Grave, on the flat gravely ground.
Harvest and vinification
The grapes are mainly mechanically harvested during the optimal ripening period. Gentle pressing; cold and static decanting of the must and initiation of the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Second fermentation obtained with the Martinotti method at 12° C.
Serve in “flute” glasses at 8° C.
