A product that brings back one of the symbols of the Friuli region’s enology: the local Ribolla Gialla.

Production area

The vines are situated in the heart of the Grave, on the flat gravely ground.

Harvest and vinification
The must is separated from the skins through soft pressing. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C.
Spumanti vinification
Second fermentation obtained with the Martinotti method at 12° C.
Serving suggestions

Serve in “flute” glasses at 8° C.
