The vines are situated in the heart of the Grave, on the flat gravely ground.
Harvest and vinification
The must is separated from the skins through soft pressing. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C.
Second fermentation obtained with the Martinotti method at 12° C.
Serve in “flute” glasses at 8° C.
