Shipping to Italy
Shipping is free of charge for orders over €160. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €25.
For shipments to islands and specific remote areas, the shipping cost is €35.
Shipping times
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is received, from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times
Delivery usually occurs within 2-3 business days from the moment the order is handed over to the courier. However, for islands and less accessible locations, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Deliveries are made during the day, from Monday to Friday.
Assistance on shipments
Our customer service is always available to answer any questions or needs. If your order cannot be delivered and goes into storage, you will be contacted to arrange a new delivery as soon as possible.
