Vino Bianco DOC Friuli Venezia Giulia
A dry white wine of Friulian tradition, historically known as “Tocai”. The grape variety is among the most representative of our region.
COLOR
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
BOUQUET
The nose recalls peach leaf and almond husk.
TASTE
The flavor, soft and velvety, has a characteristic hint of bitter almond. Very good persistence on the palate.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with San Daniele prosciutto, assorted cured meats, fish soup, grilled prawns and gratinated scallops.

Production area
The vineyards are located in the heart of the Grave, on flat, gravelly soil.
Harvest and vinification
De-stemming, crushing and soft pressing of the grapes. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature of 17-18°C with selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is racked several times and left to mature in stainless steel tanks.
Serving suggestions
Serve at 12-14°C in medium-sized, long-stemmed glasses.
