Astarte Refosco dal P.R.

The vine is one of the symbols of our territory. The name derives from the fact that the “pedicel”, which is the attachment of the grape berry, becomes red before harvest.

It is winy and broad, reminds of fragrances from the bush.
TASTE
Slightly tannic, dry and savory.

Red meats, roast, medium and long-aged cheese.

Production area

The vineyards are located in the heart of the Grave area, on a flat, gravel ground.

Harvest and vinification
End of September. Manual harvest in boxes. De-stemming and crushing of the grapes; maceration for about 10 days with daily delestage. The malolactic fermentation is completed in stainless steel containers.
Serving suggestions

Serve at 16-18° C in wide goblets for red wines.
