Egeria Friulano DOC 2015

Dry white wine from the Friuli region’s tradition, historically known as “Tocai”. The vine is one of the most typical of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

COLOR
Straw yellow with greenish tints.
BOUQUET
The fragrance reminds of peach leaves and almond shells.
TASTE
Soft and velvety, it has a distinctive hint of bitter almond and a pleasant aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
It is ideal with San Daniele ham, various cured meats, soups, and grilled fish.

Production area

The vines are located in the heart of the Grave, across the flat gravely ground.

Harvest and vinification
Grapes are gently destemmed and pressed. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature of 17-18° C with selected yeasts. After its fermentation, wine is transferred various times and its maturation continues in stainless steel tanks
Serving suggestions

Serve at a temperature of 12-14° C in medium-size glasses.
