It is a classic aperitif, as well as a spumante ideal for the whole dinner with fish, shellfish, risotto and light dishes.
The vines are situated in the heart of the Grave, on the flat gravely ground.
Harvest and vinification
Gentle pressing; cold and static decanting of the must and initiation of the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
By autoclave; fermentation followed by cold tartaric stabilization, filtration, and bottling.
Serve in flute glasses at 6-8° C.
