Verduzzo friulano is a white wine of rare elegance, usually fruity, either sweet or dry.
Straw yellow with greenish tints.
It presents a full and intense fragrance, with fruity notes.
Its unique and unmistakable taste expresses itself through a never filling and faint sweetness, great balance, and fragrant undertones.
Perfectly accompanies pâté and aged or herbal cheese, as well as dry pastries.
The vines are situated in the heart of the Grave, across the flat gravely ground.
Harvest and vinification
Grapes are destemmed and gently pressed. Clarification of the obtained must occurs through decantation. Vinification continues with the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18-20° C in stainless steel containers. After fermentation is stopped, maturation continues for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks.
Serve at a temperature of 8-10° C in medium-size glasses.
