With a low content of alcohol, the combination of Pinot Bianco, fragrant and elegant, with Friulano, rich in flavor and wisely dosed, creates a “white” wine to drink together with fresh appetizers and light dishes.

Straw yellow with greenish tinges.
It is elegant and with aromas that remind of hawthorn and white pulp fruit.
Slightly acid taste, fresh, well-balanced body.
Ideal as a meal opener, pairs with shellfish, baked fish, risotto.

Production area

The vines are situated in the heart of the Grave, on the flat gravely ground.

Harvest and vinification
Gentle pressing of the grapes, cold decanting of the must and initiation of fermentation at a controlled temperature (16-18° C) with the introduction of selected yeasts. The two varieties of grapes are vinified separately.
Serving suggestions

Serve at a temperature of 8-10° C in long-stemmed glasses with medium-sized bowls.
