On Saturday October 4th, the splendid setting of Palazzo Gregoris in Pordenone hosted the “Art & Food” tasting event, promoted by Confcooperative Pordenone.

The protagonists of the event were the Marsure Dairy Cooperative and the Palse Dairy, which presented a selection of their finest cheese products paired with wines from the Cantina di Ramuscello e San Vito.
The event offered the guests a “sensory” journey, highlighting the bond between Friuli’s excellent food products and culture.

Vice President Simone Peloi represented the Cantina di Ramuscello and illustrated the characteristics of the wines offered, highlighting the value of collaboration between the various cooperatives in the area.

The event, which was greatly appreciated by those present, confirmed how cooperation can combine quality, tradition, and identity.
