Fragile environment

The sudden and exceptionally heavy rains that fell on Monday, November 17, brought to light the fragility of our territory. In just a few hours, streams, hills, villages, and many vineyards in the Cormons area and the Gorizia plain were put to the test by events that, in addition to causing serious disruption, unfortunately also left behind painful and tragic moments.

In situations like these, we realize even more the value of the careful and daily work of farmers who, with care and responsibility, protect and preserve the landscape in which we live.

We hope that what has happened will become an invitation to reflection for all administrations and for anyone who loves this land, so that our environment is protected and respected with even greater awareness.
