The magic of the Cjarsons

In Carnia, and more precisely in Sutrio (on the slopes of Mount Zoncolan), the traditional “Festa dei Cjarsons” (typical local dish) was held. Thousands of people had the chance to enjoy these culinary delicacies whose recipes were handed down for generations and are different from any other region. The Pro Loco di Sutrio has chosen the wines of the Ramuscello winery as the ideal match for this “Magical Dish”.
