Quality Viticulture
A technical conference dedicated to modern vineyard management, promoted by Cantina di Ramuscello, explored new technologies applicable to viticulture. Presentations by Silvia Liggieri (CREA), Andrea Dal Cin (SkyDrone360), Cesare Tocchet (agronomist), and Gianluca Trevisan, president of the winery, with concluding remarks by Luca Giavi, director of the Prosecco DOC Consortium, outlined a clear and concrete picture of the opportunities offered by digital tools.
The results of the LENs and SISSAR projects were presented, which use drones, soil sensors, leaf analysis, and DSS systems to monitor the vigor, water status, and nutritional needs of vines. The data collected has already allowed to introduce targeted fertilization and more sustainable agronomic interventions in the members’ vineyards.
President Gianluca Trevisan emphasized how these techniques provide real support for improving the quality and management of vineyards, combining innovation and tradition.
