Sips and Journeys: a trip in the heart of the Ramuscello Winery

Today, Cantina Ramuscello had the pleasure of opening its doors to the “Sorsi e Percorsi” (Sips and Journeys) group for a morning dedicated to wine culture and conviviality. The event was a valuable opportunity to share with enthusiasts and curious visitors the work and dedication that goes into every single bottle.

From the vine to the glass: the story of the harvest

The tour was not a simple technical explanation, but a real journey through time that follows the rhythm of the seasons. Guided by our winemaker, visitors retraced the fundamental steps that transform grapes into fine wine.

It all began with the crucial moment of the harvest, observing closely the machinery where the grapes are delivered, before delving into the heart of production. Here, amid intense aromas and cutting-edge technology, we illustrated the delicate processes of transformation and the stages of aging in the tanks, where the wine rests slowly to acquire its structure and characteristic aromas.

An exclusive sensory experience

The most exciting moment of the morning was undoubtedly the visit to the technical rooms, where the group had the privilege of tasting directly from the tanks, an experience that allows to capture the essence of wine in its most authentic state.

The visit ended on a high note with a guided tasting of three of the winery’s labels, representative of our territory and our production philosophy.
