Vino Terre 2025: Refosco reemerges from the heart of Friuli
The event dedicated to the “Vino Terre” project was held with great participation, with our winery playing a leading role in a morning dedicated to Friulian tradition and the digital future.
On Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Auditorium of the Burovich Cultural Center in Sesto al Reghena, we officially presented the 2025 edition of Vino Terre, the project that brought to light 555 bottles of Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso DOC Friuli after a year of aging underground.
Art, History, and Solidarity: a tribute to Gherardo Freschi
There was great enthusiasm for the contribution made by the students of the Liceo Artistico “Galvani” art school in Cordenons, who created 11 different labels. Their work was not only aesthetic, but also involved genuine historical research: each graphic was inspired by the figure of Gherardo Freschi, an renowned agronomist and pioneer of Friulian viticulture, whose heritage continues to live on in the values of our winery.
Each bottle, which still bears the material marks of the soil in which it was stored, is linked to a digital NFT (Non-Fungible Token) certificate: by scanning the code on the label, each purchaser can access the “digital twin” of the work, entering the world of blockchain and contemporary art.
As part of this historic tribute, the event hosted the official presentation of the book dedicated to Gherardo Freschi, edited by experts Stefano Cosma and Cristina Burcheri. The book explores the life and insights of this extraordinary character, linking him indissolubly to the Ramuscello area.
The initiative also has a profound ethical value: all profits from the sale of the book will be donated to the Community of Sant'Egidio to support humanitarian aid corridors. This tangible gesture transforms culture and historical memory into real help for those in need, confirming Cantina di Ramuscello's social commitment.
The 2025 edition bottles are now available at our store while supplies last.
The Ramuscello Winery would like to thank everyone who participated, the authorities who attended, and the young artists from Liceo Galvani for making this event so special.
