Managing water in the vineyard today requires awareness. Our philosophy is based on “precision viticulture”: we take action only where and when necessary, avoiding waste and respecting natural cycles. We firmly believe that preserving every single drop today is the only way to ensure a prosperous future for our agriculture and to maintain the exceptional quality we bring into your glasses.

Responsibility beyond the vineyard: the role of the water treatment plant

Our respect for water does not end at the vineyard rows but continues within the walls of the winery. Responsible management of this resource also involves circular economy processes.

Thanks to our new water treatment plant, we give the water used in production processes is given a second life. Once treated to the highest standards, it is not simply returned to the environment, but reclaimed for essential activities: we use it to thoroughly clean our agricultural equipment and to irrigate our educational forest.

The mural decorating the walls of the treatment plant is not just an ornament: it is a symbol of this commitment. Seeing the treated water nourish the growth of the trees in our forest is tangible proof that our business can and must remain in perfect harmony with the Friulian ecosystem.
